Effect and Detection Rate Analysis of Fasting Blood Glucose,Glucose Tolerance and Serum Triacylglycerol Biochemical Tests in Diagnosis of Diabetes
Objective To study effect and detection rate of fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance and serum triacylglycerol biochemical tests in diagnosis of diabetes.Methods The paper chose 47 patients with diabetes in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 as test subjects,and 47 healthy people with physical examination at the same time as control group.Fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance,and serum triacylglycerol biochemical tests were performed,detection rate and level difference was analyzed.Results Detection rate in experimental group was relatively higher,there was difference in indicators between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance and serum triacylglycerol biochemical tests cana achieve high clinical application value for patients with diabetes.
