Effect Analysis of Cognitive-Behavioral Combined with Family Therapy on First-Episode Adolescent Depression Patients
Objective To explore effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with family therapy for first-time adolescent depression patients.Methods The paper chose 36 first-time adolescent depression patients in a city from October 2021 to October 2022,and divided them into experimental group(18 cases,treated with medication+cognitive behavior+family therapy)and control group(18 cases,treated with medication)randomly.Treatment outcomes,HAMD scores before and after treatment,SCL-90 depression factor scores,and symptom self-assessment scale scores were compared.Results Total effective rate of experimental group(94.44%,17/18)was higher than control group(61.11%,11/18),P<0.05.After treatment,experimental group had HAMD scores of(8.72±2.61)and SCL-90 depression factor scores of(2.19±1.75),with P<0.05.After treatment,somatization scores(1.38±0.31),obsessive-compulsive symptom scores(1.48±0.44),depression scores(1.32±0.24),interpersonal relationship scores(1.54±0.38),anxiety scores(1.51±0.42),hostility scores(1.57±0.43),paranoia scores(1.19±0.51),and terror scores(1.51±0.42)in experimental group were better than control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion Combination of cognitive behavior and family therapy is more effective than single drug therapy in clinical treatment of first-onset adolescent depression patients,can alleviate clinical symptoms effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
