Effect of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets on Subclinical Hypothyroidism and Pregnancy Outcomes During Pregnancy
Objective To explore curative effect of levothyroxine sodium tablets in subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy and their effect on pregnancy outcomes.Methods The paper chose 55 pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2023,and divided them into control group of 27 cases and observation group of 28 cases randomly with digital method.Control group was treated with routine treatment,and observation group with levothyroxine sodium tablets.Curative effect,thyroid hormone levels,and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between two groups.Results Curative effect in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Before treatment,there was little difference in thyroid hormone levels between groups,(P>0.05).After treatment,thyroid hormone levels in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in observation group were lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium tablets can further improve thyroid function of patients subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy,reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes with definite clinical effect,which has significant clinical significance.
