Clinical Comparison Between Minimally Invasive Breast Circumcision and Small Incision Traditional Surgery for Benign Breast Nodules
Objective To explore clinical effect of minimally invasive breast circumcision and small incision traditional surgery for benign breast nodules. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with benign breast nodules in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 for surgical treatment, and randomly divided them into control group of 30 cases treated with small incision traditional surgical treatment, and experimental group of 30 cases with minimally invasive breast circumcision treatment.Surgical results were compared between two groups. Results Experimental group had shorter surgical time, smaller incisions, less intraoperative bleeding and shorter hospital stay(P<0.05),with statistical significance between the groups.Pain scores in experimental group at 12 hours,24 hours, and 48 hours after surgery were lower than control group(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.Incidence of complications in experimental group was 3.33%,data were statistically significant between groups. Conclusion Minimally invasive breast circumcision can shorten surgical time and recovery time of patients with benign breast nodules effectively, reduce postoperative pains, which is worthy of promotion.
