椎体成形术对骨质疏松脊柱骨折的治疗效果及安全性分析

摘要
目的 分析椎体成形术在骨质疏松脊柱骨折患者中的治疗效果和安全性.方法 选取2021年3月—2022年3月本院收治的60例因骨质疏松导致的脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,并按照不同治疗方案分成对照组和观察组,每组30例.其中,对照组采用保守治疗,观察组采用椎体成形术,对两组不同治疗方案进行对比.结果 治疗后,观察组患者疼痛、临床指标评分以及临床效果优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对患者实施椎体成形术后,可有效改善Cobb's角,并在缓解疼痛感的情况下,提高其治疗效果以及安全性,保障患者生存质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze curative effect and safety of vertebral body shaping surgery for patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with spinal fractures caused by osteoporosis in the Seventh Medical Center of PLA General Hospital,and divided them into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans,with 30 cases in each group.The former was treated with conservative treatment,while the latter with vertebroplasty.Two different treatment plans were compared.Results Comparison of pain,clinical indicators,and effect between two groups found,observation group had better scores in various indicators than control group,with difference in comparison.Complications in observation group was lower,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Vertebroplasty can improve Cobb's angle of patients effectively,increase curative effect and safety,relieve pain and ensure life quality of patients.
