胃镜下活体组织与外科手术病理检查用于诊断胃腺癌的价值研究

摘要
目的 观察胃腺癌诊断中胃镜下活体组织与外科手术病理检查的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1-12月本院收治胃腺癌患者50例进行研究,对所有患者分别进行胃镜下活体组织与外科手术病理检查,对比分析检查结果.结果 病理检查结果确诊率高于活体组织检查确诊率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胃镜下活体组织与外科手术病理检查病理学组织学分型对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胃镜下活体组织与外科手术病理检查浸润程度、分化程度对比,病理检查结果更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在胃腺癌诊断中采用胃镜下活体组织检查方式,具有一定临床应用价值,但是为全面评估胃腺癌疾病严重程度,制定科学的治疗方案,在实际临床中还应于术后进一步采用病理检查的方式,为进一步提升治疗效果提供有利依据.
Abstract
Objective To observe application effect of live tissue under gastroscopy and surgical pathological examination in diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,treated with live tissue examination under gastroscopy and surgical pathological examination.Examination results were compared and analyzed.Results Diagnostic rate of pathological examination was higher than live tissue examination,P>0.05,with no significant data difference.Comparison of pathological histological classification between live tissue under gastroscopy and surgical pathological examination showed P>0.05,with no significant data difference.Comparison of infiltration and differentiation degree between live tissue under gastroscopy and surgical pathological examination showed,pathological examination results were better,P<0.05,with statistical differences.Conclusion Live tissue examination under gastroscopy has certain clinical application value in diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.However,to comprehensively evaluate severity of gastric adenocarcinoma disease and formulate scientific treatment plans,pathological examination should be further applied after surgery during actual examination process,to provide favorable basis for better treatment effect.
