Safety Exploration of Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in Treatment of Urinary System Stones
Objective To analyze clinical effect and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of urinary system stones.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed clinical data of 210 patients with urinary system stones in our hospital from 2022 to 2023,and divided them into control group(105 cases,treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy)and observation group(105 cases,with holmium laser lithotripsy)according to different treatment methods.Surgical situation,surgical effect,and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had significant shorter surgical duration,intraoperative bleeding,and hospital stay than control group.One-time lithotripsy rate,stone removal rate at 2 months after surgery,and total effective rate of treatment was significantly lower,while incidence of postoperative complications significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy can achieve good curative effect and high safety in treatment of urinary system stones,which is suitable for clinical application.
