Summary of Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Addition and Subtraction of Wang's Prostatic Prescription

摘要
目的 探讨慢性前列腺炎应用王氏前列腺方加减治疗效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月本院收治的80例慢性前列腺炎者为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分成观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40).其中,对照组采取口服诺氟沙星胶囊治疗,观察组应用王氏前列腺方加减治疗.各组疗程均4周,比较患者前列腺症状评分(CPSI评分)、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,两组患者CPSI评分各维度得分相比治疗前均降低,而观察组得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 应用王氏前列腺方加减治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果令人满意,可以有效改善患者的症状,相对比西医用药治疗方式能提高治疗的效果,同时在治疗期间患者发生不良反应率较低,是一种科学可行的治疗手段,因此治疗方式值得在临床中推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore curative effect of modified Wang's prostate formula by Wang Jiahui on chronic prostatitis.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with chronic prostatitis and divided them into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)randomly based on principle of random number table grouping.Control group was treated with oral norfloxacin capsules,while observation group with modified Wang's prostate formula.Each group had 4-week course of treatment,and prostate symptom scores(Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index),total effective rate of treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions of patients were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,CPSI scores between two groups decreased in all dimensions than before treatment,while observation group had lower scores than control group after treatment,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Total effective rate in observation group was 95.00%,higher than 77.50%in control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Wang's prostate formula by Wang Jiahui can achieve satisfactory effect in treatment of chronic prostatitis,can improve prostate symptoms with low incidence of adverse reactions.
