摘要
目的 分析左氧氟沙星与阿奇霉素用于治疗社区老年慢性支气管炎的临床效果.方法 选取2020年5月—2023年5月本中心收治的80例老年慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,并随机将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组40例.其中,对照组采用阿奇霉素单独治疗,观察组采用左氧氟沙星与阿奇霉素联合治疗.对组间区别化干预阶段内所取得的相关数据展开全面分析,统计两组社区老年慢性支气管炎患者临床症状消失时间及治疗后不良反应发生率和治疗有效率.结果 治疗后,观察组临床各种症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 采用左氧氟沙星与阿奇霉素联合用药方案,针对社区老年慢性支气管炎患者进行治疗,能够显著缓解其临床症状,有效缩短治疗周期,并降低不良反应的发生率,从而提升整体治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical effect of levofloxacin and azithromycin in treatment of elderly chronic bronchitis in the community.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis in Chongming District Changxing Town Community Health Service Center of Shanghai from May 2020 to May 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with azithromycin only,while observation group with combination of levofloxacin and azithromycin.Relevant data during differentiated intervention stage were analyzed comprehensively between groups,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,incidence of adverse reactions after treatment,and treatment effective rate of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis was calculated.Results After treatment,disappearance time of various clinical symptoms in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Clinical effective rate in observation group after treatment was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of levofloxacin and azithromycin can effectively improve clinical symptoms,shorten treatment time,reduce adverse reactions,and improve treatment effectiveness of elderly chronic bronchitis in the community.
