Clinical Study on Thyroid Lobectomy in Treatment of Thyroid Nodules
Objective To explore effect of thyroid lobectomy for patients with thyroid nodules.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with thyroid nodules with surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2019 to July 2023,and divided them into control group of 20 cases and experimental group of 20 cases with numerical methods.Control group was treated with subtotal thyroidectomy,while experimental group with thyroidectomy.Levels of thyroid hormones and complications were compared between two groups before and after surgery.Results Difference in preoperative thyroid hormone levels between two groups was small(P>0.05).After surgery,levels of various thyroid hormones in experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.Incidence of complications in experimental group was 5%,lower than 30%in control group(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.Conclusion Thyroid lobectomy is more effective for patients with thyroid nodules,can improve thyroid hormone levels effectively with high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
