Meta Analysis of Curative Effect of Modified Jichuan Decoction on Constipation of Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type
Objective To evaluate clinical effect of Jichuan decoction in treatment of spleen kidney Yang deficiency type constipation based on meta-analysis.Methods The paper retrieved Cochrane Library,Pubmed database,CNKI database,VIP database,and Wanfang database to collect randomized controlled trials of Jichuan decoction in treatment of spleen kidney Yang deficiency type constipation.Data were statistically analyzed with RevMan5.3 software,and subgroup analysis and publication bias evaluation was carried out.Results The paper chose 10 RCT articles for study,with 858 cases.Meta-analysis showed total effective rate(RR=1.20,95%CI 1.14-1.27,P<0.00001),recovery(RR=2.92.95%CI 2.05～4.16,P<0.00001),fecal trait scores(MD=-0.36,95%CI-0.39～-0.32,P<0.00001),defecation difficulty scores(MD=-0.34,95%CI-0.37～-0.31,P<0.00001),defecation time scores(MD=-0.4,95%CI-0.45～-0.34,P<0.00001),and incomplete defecation scores(MD=-0.34,95%CI-0.36～-0.31,P<0.00001).Conclusion Jichuan decoction can achieve definite curative effect on spleen kidney Yang deficiency type constipation,which is an effective method for constipation in clinical practice.
