Clinical Effect Observation of Combined Tonifying Qi and Nourishing YIN Therapy after Radiofrequency Ablation of Atrial Fibrillation
Objective To observe clinical effect of tonifying qi and nourishing yin method combined with western medicine routine treatment for rehabilitation after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with atrial fibrillation with radiofrequency ablation in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine affiliated Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022,and divided them into control group of 30 cases and treatment group of 30 cases with random number table method.Control group was treated with postoperative treatment with rivaroxaban,while treatment group with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment with tonifying qi and nourishing yin decoction on the basis of rivaroxaban.Curative effect was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring before surgery(P>0.05).Recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation in treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05)after 3 menstrual monitoring periods after surgery.SDNN values showed higher degree of decrease in control group than treatment group at 3 months post surgery(P<0.001).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can reduce recurrence rate of postoperative atrial fibrillation and improve clinical effect significantly of patients after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation.
