Curaitve Effect Analysis of Different Doses of Estrogen for Patients After Hysteroscopic Adhesiolysis Surgery
Objective To study curative effect of different doses of estrogen on patients after hysteroscopic adhesiolysis surgery. Methods The paper chose 88 patients with intrauterine adhesions with hysteroscopic adhesiolysis treatment in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 as analysis subjects, and divided them into observation group and control group randomly, with 44 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with estradiol/dexmedetone tablets(Fenmutong).Observation group was treated with daily dose of 2 milligrams, while control group with daily dose of 4 milligrams.Adhesive type scores and involvement range scores were compared between two groups, incidence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups. Results After treatment, there was no significant difference in adhesion type scores and affected range scores between observation group and control group.Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose estrogen therapy can help reduce adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
