Value Research of Research-based Teaching Method in Immunological Laboratory Teaching
Objective To study and analyze value of research-based teaching method in immunological laboratory teaching.Methods The paper chose 321 medical laboratory students in classe 2020 and 2021 of our hospital,and divided them into study group and control group randomly based on difference in teaching methods,with 161 students in class 2020 and 160 students in class 2021.Students of class 2021 were intervened by research-based teaching method,those of class 2020 by routine immunological laboratory teaching methods.Effect was reviewed and analyzed,experimental skill assessment scores,experimental report scores,experimental course passing status,and satisfaction degree with course were compared between two groups.Results ① After comparison,experimental skill assessment scores and experimental report scores in study group were higher than control group,and there was significant difference between the groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).② After comparison,passing rate of experimental courses in study group was higher than control group,there was difference between the groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).③ Comparison showed course satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group,there was difference in course satisfaction degree between two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Research-based teaching method can achieve significant effect in immunological laboratory teaching,solidify professional foundation,improve learning interest,and enhance experimental skills of students,and provide high-quality talents for clinical laboratory work.
