Effect Analysis of Performance Evaluation Scheme Based on Post Management in Clinical Nursing Management
Objective To explore the effect of applying performance appraisal scheme based on position management in clinical nursing management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,90 nursing workers in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to various nursing management methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group performed traditional nursing management methods,while the experimental group performed a position-based performance appraisal management strategy.The implementation effect of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing performance evaluation score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing error rate and complaint rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Post performance evaluation methods can optimize overall professional ability of nursing workers,reduce frequency of nursing errors and complaints,improve level of clinical nursing during nursing management,which has great promotion and application value.
