Application Value of Refined Management for Medical Record Management in Medical Record Rooms
Objective To explore application value of refined management for medical record management in medical record rooms.Methods The paper chose 6000 medical records in medical record room of our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 for study.Among them,3000 medical records in control group were managed with routine management methods from January 2021 to January 2022,while 3000 medical records in observation group were managed with refined management from February 2022 to February 2023.Effect was compared.Results Qualified rate,damaged rate,and doctor-patient dispute rate in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Quality of filling in homepage,1-week recovery after discharge,copying time,and service ability in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Theoretical,technical,and daily performance of management staff in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree with medical record management was also higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the medical record management process within the medical record room,the implementation of a refined management model aims to enhance management efficiency and quality,effectively prevent the occurrence of medical disputes,and significantly improve patient satisfaction.This management approach emphasizes precise control over every detail,ensuring the standardization and specialization of medical record management work,thereby promoting a comprehensive improvement in the quality of medical services.
