Clinical Effect Observation of Resistance Exercise in Clinical Rehabilitation Nursing of Elderly Patients with Diabetes
Objective:To analyze the value of resistance exercise in elderly patients with diabetes. Methods 80 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as research samples, and were divided into general group and exercise group according to the number method, with 40 cases in each group.Among them, the general group received routine care, while the exercise group added resistance exercise on the basis of the general group. After nursing, the blood lipid indicators, blood glucose indicators, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in TC,TG,LDL-C and other indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After nursing,TC,TG,LDL-C and other indicators were lower than before nursing, and the exercise group was lower than the general group(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in FBG,2hPG,and HbA1c levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After nursing, blood glucose levels were lower than before nursing, and the exercise group was lower than the general group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the exercise group was higher than that in the general group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process for elderly patients with diabetes, the combination of routine nursing and resistance exercise significantly regulated the blood sugar and lipid levels of patients, and effectively prevented further deterioration of diabetes. This plan has achieved high patient satisfaction, demonstrating its scientific and practical nature.
