摘要
目的 探讨品管圈活动在推进术后快速康复工作中的应用效果.方法 运用两种不同类型的品管圈,建立新的质量管理模式,实施系统、有效、全方位、全过程的质量改进,推动术后快速康复工作的开展.结果 有效地促进了我院术后快速康复工作的开展,构建了全院性质的术后快速康复多学科协作诊疗(MDT)管理模式,并在示范病区强化术后快速康复的规范化诊疗流程,管理规范率由44.67%提升至84.67%.结论 品管圈这一质量管理工具可有效推进术后快速康复管理工作的开展,具有较高的应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore application effect of quality control circle activities in promoting postoperative rapid recovery.Methods The paper establishes a new quality management model with two different types of quality control circles,implements systematic,effective,all-round,and full process quality improvement,and promotes development of postoperative rapid recovery.Results It promotes development of postoperative rapid recovery effectively in our hospital,establishes a multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment(MDT)management model in the hospital,and strengthens standardized diagnosis and treatment process of postoperative rapid recovery in demonstration wards.Management standardization rate increases from 44.67%to 84.67%.Conclusion Quality management circle,as a quality management tool,can promote development of postoperative rapid recovery management effectively,which has strong application value.
