Effect of Empowering Education Concept Combined with Humanistic Nursing on Negative Emotions and Life Quality of Gastric Cancer Chemotherapy Patients
Objective To explore application of empowerment education concept combined with humanistic nursing for negative emotions and life quality of gastric cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods The paper chose 52 gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly with digital methods.26 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing,and 26 cases in observation group with empowerment education concept and humanistic nursing.Difference in negative emotions and life quality was compared between two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no difference in negative emotion scores between groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,negative emotion scores in observation group were lower than control group(P>0.05).There was no difference in life quality scores between groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,scores in both groups improved,life quality scores in observation group were higher than control group(P>0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Empowerment education concept combined with humanistic nursing can improve negative emotions and life quality of gastric cancer chemotherapy patients after chemotherapy significantly,which is worthy of promotion.
