Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Life Quality and Sleep Status of Gastric Cancer Patients
Objective To explore effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative life quality and sleep status of gastric cancer patients.Methods The paper chose 55 patients with gastric cancer with surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2023 as data analysis subjects,and divided them into control group(n=22)and observation group(n=23)with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with routine accelerated rehabilitation nursing.Life quality,sleep status,and pain status was compared between two groups.Results Life quality comparison showed,QLQ-C30 scores in observation group were higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Observation group had significantly lower scores on Asens Insomnia Scale(AIS)than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Pain status comparison showed,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing can achieve significant effect for gastric cancer patients,can improve postoperative life quality and sleep conditions,alleviate pain,which is worthy of promotion and application on a large scale in clinical nursing plans.
