Application Research of Innovative Service Models in One-Stop Outpatient Service Center
Objective To explore significance of innovative service models in one-stop outpatient service center.Methods The paper chose 100 patients in our outpatient department from June 2022 to June 2023 for discussion,and randomly divided them into control group of 50 cases,treated with traditional service mode and experimental group of 50 cases,with innovative service mode.Satisfaction degree with nursing service quality,nursing service quality scores,visit time,and examination waiting time were compared between two groups.Results Satisfaction degree of nursing services in experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.Scores of triage service,guidance service,one-stop service,and proactive service in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.After nursing services,visit time and examination waiting time in experimental group was shorter than control group(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.Conclusion Innovative service models can improve quality of outpatient services significantly,improve medical efficiency and meet needs of patients,with higher satisfaction degree,which is worthy of promotion.
