Clinical Effect and Blood Glucose Level Analysis of Fine Nursing Mode for Elderly Cadres with Diabetes
Objective To evaluate clinical effect of fine nursing mode for elderly cadres with diabetes and influence of blood sugar level.Methods The paper chose 86 cases of elderly cadres with diabetes met standard in our hospital from September 2021 to July 2023,and divided them into single blind groups randomly,with 43 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with fine nursing mode respectively.Blood glucose level,compliance behavior,life quality,negative emotions and nursing satisfaction degree were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose levels and emotional changes before nursing,both decreased after nursing.Observation group had lower blood glucose values and anxiety and depression scores than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Life quality scores,compliance behavior,and overall nursing satisfaction degree in observation group after nursing were significantly higher than control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing mode can control blood sugar well,standardize treatment and life behavior of elderly cadres with diabetes,and improve quality of service greatly,which is worthy of clinical application.
