Effect of Refined Nursing on Treatment Compliance and Life Quality of Children with Nephrotic Syndrome
Objective To explore effect of refined nursing for children with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods The paper chose 70 pediatric NS patients in our hospital from November 2022 to July 2023 as research population,and divided them into two groups:control group(35)and observation group(35),treated with routine nursing and refined nursing respectively.Treatment compliance,life quality,and incidence of complications was compared between two groups.Results Treatment compliance of observation group was higher than control group(94.34%vs.79.07%),difference was significant(P<0.05).Parent-child relationship,peer communication,self-concept,physical sensation,living environment,and mental health scores in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group(2.86%)was lower than control group(22.88%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing measures can improve treatment compliance and life quality of children with nephrotic syndrome,and reduce incidence of complications effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
