Application Effect Analysis of Health Guidance Nursing Intervention for Elderly with Health Examinations
Objective To analyze the application effect of health guidance nursing intervention in the health examination of the elderly.Methods Sixty eight elderly patients from February 2020 to February 2021 at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 patients in each group.Among them,the control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received health check ups and nursing care.The nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing health check ups and nursing care in healthy and sub healthy populations can improve overall nursing quality,enhance the importance of physical examinations and nursing satisfaction among the subjects themselves,and is worthy of clinical analysis.
