Safe Infusion Nursing Effect of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore effect of safe infusion nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction and summarize nursing experience.Methods The paper chose 82 elderly patients with cerebral infarction from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into routine group and study group randomly.During infusion process,routine group was treated with general nursing,while study group safe infusion nursing.Adverse events of infusion,interval between dressing changes,number of nurse visits,drug preparation time,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared,nursing effect was evaluated between two groups.Results ① Adverse reaction rate of infusion in study group was 7.32%,significantly lower than routine group(26.84%).There was statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);②Study group had shorter dressing change intervals,earlier medication preparation times,and relatively fewer nurse visits than control group,difference was statistically significant between groups,with(P<0.05);③ Overall satisfaction degree with nursing in study group(95.12%)was significantly higher than control group(75.61%),difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Safe infusion nursing can help reduce incidence of adverse reactions to infusion,shorten interval between dressing changes,reduce nurse patrols,further improve utilization of medical resources of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,which has positive significance for improving nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
