Objective To study and analyze effect of multidimensional nursing on life quality and self-care ability of patients with schizophrenia.Methods The paper chose schizophrenia patients(n=92)in Jinan Special Care Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023,and divided them into two groups with digital random table method,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with multidimensional nursing.Life quality and self-care ability assessments were compared between two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-care ability scores and life quality scores between two groups(P>0.05).Life quality scores of two groups were significantly lower after nursing than before,those of observation group were less than control group.However,self-care ability scores were higher than before,those of observation group were higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional nursing interventions can achieve significant nursing effect,improve self-care abilities,and optimize life quality of patients with schizophrenia.
