Objective To manage the information of blood glucose control of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The paper chose 50 patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in our hospital from 2022 to August 2023,and divided them into two groups according to treatment mode,with 25 cases in the control group and 25 cases in observation group. The control group was treated with routine management methods,while the observation group with information-based blood glucose management methods. The relevant situations were compared between two groups. Results Both groups was treated with diet control,blood glucose monitoring and medication treatment,scores in various aspects were significantly lower than the control group. There was statistically significant difference in self-control scores between two groups,with P<0.05. Conclusion During the follow-up process of type 2 diabetes,blood glucose information management system can achieve good management effect,can improve the self management ability effectively,and maintain the blood glucose level of patients,which has great value.
