Application Value Analysis of Multi Slice Spiral CT Vascular Probe Technology for Renal Artery Stenosis
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of multi slice spiral CT vascular probe technology in diagnosis of renal artery stenosis. Methods A total of 110 patients with suspected renal artery stenosis who were examined in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2023 were included. All of them were examined by multi-slice spiral CT vascular probe technique and CT angiography technique, and the results were compared with the gold standard (DSA) to calculate the diagnostic efficiency of multi-slice spiral CT vascular probe technique. Results:Among 110 suspected patients,50 positive cases and 60 negative cases were detected by gold standard method. A total of 48 true positive cases and 46 true negative cases were detected by vascular probe technique. The diagnostic efficacy of vascular probe was as follows:sensitivity was 96.00%(48/50);The specificity was 76.67%(46/60). The diagnostic coincidence rate was 85.45%(94/110). The diagnostic sensitivity of CT angiography was 94.00%(47/50),the specificity was 73.00%(44/60),and the coincidence rate was 82.73%(91/110). Compared with CT angiography, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis,CT angiography can obtain high temporal and spatial resolution images, and vascular probe technology can effectively detect the extent, nature and degree of plaque stenosis. There is no significant difference in the detection rate of renal artery stenosis between multi-slice spiral CT and CT angiography.
