Application Value Exploration of Self-locking Bracket Orthodontic Technology for Adult Orthodontic Treatment
Objective To explore application value of self-locking bracket orthodontic technology for adult orthodontic treatment. Methods The paper chose 78 patients with orthodontic treatment in our hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 for study,and randomly divided them into the control group (39 cases) treated with traditional bracket orthodontic treatment,and the observation group (39 cases) with self-locking bracket orthodontic technology. Curative effect was compared. Results The effective rate,periodontal pocket depth,gingival and plaque index of the observation group were lower than the control group after intervention (P<0.05). After intervention,the levels of prostaglandin E2,interleukin-1 β,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and p21 activated kinase 5 in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion During adult orthodontics,self-locking bracket orthodontic treatment can improve curative effect,periodontal condition and alleviate inflammatory reactions.
