Clinical Application Effect Observation of Combined Type External Fixation Bracket in Orthopedic Surgery of Limbs Trauma
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined type external fixation bracket in surgical treatment of patients with limbs trauma. Methods The study period was from January 2021 to December 2022,with research samples of 79 patients with limb trauma surgery. The paper divided them into the control group (40 cases,fixed with interlocking intramedullary nails) and the experimental group (39 cases,fixed with a combination external fixation bracket) according to random number table method. Curative effect was compared between groups. Results The experimental group had a high effective rate of treatment (100.00％>82.50％). The pains,stability,and motor function scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group. The wound healing time and fracture recovery time of the experimental group was shorter than the control group. Incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than the control group (2.56％<20.00％). Life quality scores of the experimental group were higher,and comparison between groups showed P<0.05. Conclusion Combined type external fixation bracket can accelerate joint recovery,reduce discomfort,and lower incidence of complications of limbs trauma patients with surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
