Clinical Effect Observation of Compound Digestive Enzyme Combined with Mosapride in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia of Elderly Patients
Objective To observe the effect of compound digestive enzyme combined with mosapride in treatment of functional dyspepsia of elderly patients. Methods The paper studied 70 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023,and divided them into the single drug group and the combination group randomly with equal numbers, with 35 cases in each group, treated with mosapride or combination of compound digestive enzymes and mosapride respectively. Clinical symptom scores, gastric emptying test results, and psychological health levels were calculated before and after treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence rates was compared between two groups after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores,GET1/2,SAS,and SDS scores between the groups, with P>0.05. After treatment, the combination group had better indicators than the single drug group, with P<0.05,indicating significant data difference. Incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group after treatment was lower than the single drug group,P>0.05,with no significant data difference. The recurrence rate of the combination group was higher than the single drug group, with P<0.05,indicating significant data difference. Conclusion Compound digestive enzymes combined with mosapride can improve clinical symptoms and gastric emptying of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia, with relatively low recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions after medication and some certain medication safety, which is worthy of application.
