Comparative Observation of Clinical Effect of Hysteroscopic Resection and Curettage in Treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic resection and curettage in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods The paper included 120 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding for study, sample data was selected from September 2021 to September 2023,which were divided into groups with random number table method. Among them,60 cases in the control group were treated with curettage surgery, another 60 cases in the study group were hysteroscopic resection surgery. The surgical indicators, clinical indicators, sex hormone levels, complications and effective rate were compared after the above treatment. Results There was significant difference in surgical indicators between the study group and the control group, statistical comparative analysis was significant (P<0.05). The menstrual bleeding chart (PBAC) scores, endometrial thickness were lower in the study group than the control group, and hemoglobin (Hb) level was higher,(P<0.05). The level of sex hormones in the study group was lower than the control group, difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). The analysis showed, complication data in the study group were lower (P<0.05). The difference analysis showed, the effective rate in the study group was higher,(P<0.05). Conclusion The comparison showed, hysteroscopic resection surgery has higher curative effect than curettage surgery, which has positive significant on inhibiting sex hormone levels of patients, can improve menstrual blood loss and endometrial thickness effectively, with high safety and significant prognosis.
