Clinical Application Effect Exploriation of Blood Lipid Test in Diagnosis and Treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases
Objective To analyze the effect of blood lipid test on diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods The paper chose 70 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 in the observation group,and 70 healthy individuals with physical examinations during the same period in the control group. Blood lipid tests were carried out for all subjects and data difference between groups was analyzed. Results The results of the blood lipid level test showed that the HDL-C level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while other indicators were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The patients in the observation group who were effective after treatment had higher levels of HDL-C compared to before treatment and the control group,and lower levels of other blood lipid indicators (P<0.05);The blood lipid levels of patients who were ineffective after treatment showed no significant difference compared to before treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion During clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,blood lipid test can not only provide basis for diagnosis and treatment of the disease,but evaluate curative effect,facilitate timely adjustment of treatment plans,and improve clinical effect.
