Objective To analyze the effect of quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces on the rationality of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and clinical medication safety. Methods The paper chose 300 patients with traditional Chinese medicine treatment in our hospital from February 2022 to October 2022 as the control group,treated with routine management,and 300 patients with traditional Chinese medicine treatment in our hospital from November 2022 to August 2023 as the observation group,treated with quality management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. Medication effectiveness,rationality of prescriptions,and medication safety was evaluated,medication effective rate,incidence of adverse drug reactions,and incidence of prescription adverse events was compared and analyzed between two groups. Results After comparison,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and incidence of adverse drug reactions and prescription adverse events was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance. Conclusion Quality management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces can ensure effect and safety of clinical medication,and improve the rationality of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in TCM pharmacies.
