Study on Low-Dose Esketamine for Postoperative Analgesia of Elderly Patients with Hip Replacement Surgery
Objective The study in to evaluate the safety and effect of sufentanil, dexmedetomidine combined with low-dose esketamine for pain relief of elderly patients after total hip replacement surgery. Methods The research subjects are 40 elderly patients who underwent total hip replacement surgery under lumbar hard anesthesia at Huludao Central Hospital from June 2023 to August 2023. According to the postoperative analgesia method, patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group (sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine group,20 cases) and the experimental group (low-dose esketamine combined with sufentanil and dexmedetomidine group,20 cases). The postoperative analgesic effect and hemodynamic parameters were compared between two groups. Results The analgesic effect of the experimental group patients at 4h,8h,24h,and 48h was significantly better than the control group,(P<0.05). And the hemodynamics of the experimental group patients was more stable at 4h,8h,24h,and 48h,(P<0.05). Conclusion Low-dose esketamine based on sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine can maintain hemodynamic stability and provide better analgesic effect.
