比索洛尔治疗肺心病并发心律失常的效果观察

目的 探讨比索洛尔治疗肺心病并发心律失常的效果。方法 选取2023年3月—2024年3月在永昌县中医院进行治疗的120例肺心病并发心律失常患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。其中,对照组采取常规对症治疗,观察组在常规对症治疗基础上联用比索洛尔治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、肺功能指标水平、炎症指标水平、血气指标水平。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0。05)。治疗前,两组肺功能指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);治疗后,观察组肺功能指标水平高于对照组(P<0。05)。治疗后,炎症指标水平低于治疗前,且观察组降低幅度较对照组大(P<0。05)。与治疗前相比,两组血气指标水平治疗后均改善;较之对照组,观察组改善更明显(P<0。05)。结论 在肺心病并发心律失常患者的临床治疗过程中,予以比索洛尔治疗,能降低炎症反应,且在改善肺功能、血气指标水平方面也具有明显作用。
Observation on Effect of Bisoprolol in Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease Complicated with Arrhythmia
Objective To investigate curative effect of bisoprolol in treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods The paper chose 120 patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia in Yongchang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 60 cases with pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia in each group. Control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment,while observation group with bisoprolol based on routine symptomatic treatment. Curative effect,pulmonary function index levels,inflammation index levels and blood gas index levels were compared between two groups. Results Total effective rate of observation group (96.67%) was higher than control group (73.33%),(P<0.05). Comparison showed,pulmonary function indicators of two groups were higher than before treatment. Comprison between groups showed,increase of observation group was higher than control group,(P<0.05). The level of inflammatory markers after treatment was lower than before treatment,decrease of observation group was higher than control group,(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,levels of blood gas indicators in both groups was improved after treatment,improvement of observation group was more significant than control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion During clinical treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia,bisoprolol treatment can lower inflammatory response,improve pulmonary function and blood gas index levels,which has significant effect.
