Observation on Effect of Bisoprolol in Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease Complicated with Arrhythmia
Objective To investigate curative effect of bisoprolol in treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods The paper chose 120 patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia in Yongchang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 60 cases with pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia in each group. Control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment,while observation group with bisoprolol based on routine symptomatic treatment. Curative effect,pulmonary function index levels,inflammation index levels and blood gas index levels were compared between two groups. Results Total effective rate of observation group (96.67％) was higher than control group (73.33％),(P<0.05). Comparison showed,pulmonary function indicators of two groups were higher than before treatment. Comprison between groups showed,increase of observation group was higher than control group,(P<0.05). The level of inflammatory markers after treatment was lower than before treatment,decrease of observation group was higher than control group,(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,levels of blood gas indicators in both groups was improved after treatment,improvement of observation group was more significant than control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion During clinical treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia,bisoprolol treatment can lower inflammatory response,improve pulmonary function and blood gas index levels,which has significant effect.
