Effect Observation of Simplified Rehabilitation Therapy on Hemiplegic Limb Motor Function of Stroke Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of simplified rehabilitation therapy on hemiplegic limb function of stroke patients. Methods The paper chose 60 stroke patients in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023,and randomly divided them into the control group (treated with routine rehabilitation treatment) and the experimental group (with simplified rehabilitation therapy) with random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Application effect was compared between two groups. Results After the intervention, the limb movement scores of the control group were significantly higher than the experimental group, with P<0.05. Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the psychological state scores between two groups, with P>0.05. After the intervention, the psychological state scores of the experimental group were lower, and the levels of anxiety and depression were also lower, with P<0.05. The joint function scores of the control group were significantly higher than the experimental group, with P<0.05. After the intervention, life quality of the experimental group was relatively better, with P<0.05. Conclusion The simplified rehabilitation therapy can achieve positive significance for hemiplegic limb function of stroke patients, which is worthy of learning and reference.
