Effect Exploration of the Integrated Teaching-learning-practicing Model in the Internal Medicine Nursing Education of Vocational Colleges
Objective To observe the effect of the integrated teaching-learning-practicing model in the internal medicine nursing education of vocational colleges. Methods The paper chose 106 vocational nursing students majoring in internal medicine from September 2022 to June 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into the control group (51 cases,treated with traditional teaching model) and the observation group (55 cases,with the integrated teaching-learning-practicing model) according to whether carrying teaching-learning-practicing model in teaching activities of internal medicine nursing or not. The teaching effect between two groups of nursing students was compared. Results Compared with before the teaching activity,the UWES-S questionnaire scores of the observation group nursing students increased in all dimensions after the teaching activity,and were higher than the control group,with significant data difference (P<0.05). The test scores of the observation group nursing students were higher than the control group after the teaching activities (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing students in the observation group with teaching activities was higher than the control group,and data difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated teaching model in the teaching activities of internal medicine nursing in vocational colleges can increase nursing students' learning engagement,improve their exam scores,and enhance their satisfaction with teaching activities.
