Effect of Improved Postoperative Nutritional Monitoring Scheme on Prognosis of Patients with Heart Valve Surgery
Objective To explore application effect of postoperative nutritional monitoring scheme in prognosis of patients with heart valve surgery. Methods The paper chose 62 patients with heart valve surgery from March 2021 to November 2023,and divided them into the control group (treated with postoperative basic nursing) and the observation group (with nursing based on postoperative nutritional monitoring scheme) with random number table method. Application effect was compared. Results There was litte difference in life quality between two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, life quality scores in the observation group were higher than the control group, and difference between data was significant (P<0.05). There was little difference in nutritional status between two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, indicators of hemoglobin, total albumin and prealbumin in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The improvement of postoperative nutritional monitoring scheme can achieve significant effect on prognosis of patients with heart valve surgery, can provide more detailed nutritional monitoring, improve life quality, nutritional status, and satisfaction degree of patients, which can provide scientific basis for application of postoperative nutritional monitoring scheme, and new ideas and methods for rehabilitation of patients with heart valve surgery.
