目的 综合分析人性化保护性约束在重症监护室(intensive care unit，ICU)护理管理中的应用价值。方法 选择本院2022年12月—2023年11月收治的106例ICU患者为研究对象，并按照数字随机表法分成对照组和观察组，每组53例。其中，对照组应用常规护理管理方法，实验组在对照组基础上应用人性化保护性约束护理管理方法，采用统计学分析两组患者对护士满意率、住院时间、医源性损伤、意外脱管以及护理前后负面心理情绪评分、生活质量评分。结果 与对照组比较，实验组对护士满意率更高(P<0。05)，实验组住院时间更短(P<0。05)，实验组医源性损伤发生率以及意外脱管发生率更低(P<0。05)。护理前，两组ICU患者负面心理情绪评分、生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);护理后，与对照组比较，实验组ICU患者的负面心理情绪评分更低(P<0。05)。实验组ICU患者的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 人性化保护性约束在ICU护理管理中的应用价值显著。
Application Value Analysis of Humanized Protective Constraints in ICU Nursing Management
Objective To comprehensively analyze the application value of humanized protective constraints in nursing management of intensive care unit (ICU). Methods The paper chose 106 patients in ICU of our hospital from December 2022 to November 2023,and divided them into two groups according to the numerical random table method,53 cases in the control group (treated with routine nursing management methods) and 53 cases in the experimental group (with humanized protective constraint nursing management on the basis of the control group). The satisfaction rate of nurses,length of stay,iatrogenic injuries,accidental discharge,negative psychological emotions and life quality scores were analyzed statistically between two groups before and after nursing. Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher satisfaction rate with nurses (P<0.05),and shorter hospital stay (P<0.05),and lower incidence of iatrogenic injuries and accidental dislodgement (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of negative psychological emotions and life quality between two groups of patients in ICU before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing,compared with the control group,the negative psychological emotion scores of the experimental group were lower (P<0.05),and life quality scores of the experimental group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized protective constraints can achieve significant application value in nursing management of ICU department.
