Objective To explore the preventive effect of ABCDEF bundle nursing strategy on delirium of sepsis patients in ICU. Methods The paper chose 80 sepsis patients in our ICU department from July 2022 to July 2023,and divided them into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40) with random number table. The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group with ABCDEF bundling strategy on the basis of routine nursing. Incidence of delirium and RASS sedation and agitation scores were compared between two groups. Results After intervention,incidence of delirium,sub delirium syndrome,and persistent sub delirium syndrome in the control group was higher than the observation group (P<0.05). The RASS sedation and agitation scores of the control group were higher than the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The ABCDEF bundle nursing strategy can improve nursing quality o,reduce incidence of delirium,and improve life quality of sepsis patients in ICU.
