摘要

目的 探讨细节化护理联合针对性心理干预对改善寻常型银屑病患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响.方法 将2022年1月—2023年10月在本院皮肤性病科治疗的80例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用细节化护理联合针对性心理干预,对比两组的相关症状指标、心理状态、生活质量.结果 观察组护理后PASI评分、瘙痒VAS评分、皮损面积评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分、SCL-90评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后社会功能、物质生活、心理功能、躯体功能等GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 细节化护理联合针对性心理干预对改善寻常型银屑病的效果显著,能够有效地缓解症状,改善患者的心理状况,并提升其生活质量.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of detail based nursing combined with targeted psychological intervention on improving negative emotions and life quality of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris in the Dermatology and Venereology Department of our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group with detail based nursing combined with targeted psychological intervention. The relevant symptom indicators,psychological status,and life quality were compared between two groups. Results The PASI scores,itching VAS scores,and lesion area scores of the observation group after nursing were all lower than the control group (P<0.05). The SAS scores,SDS scores,and SCL-90 scores of the observation group after nursing were all lower than the control group (P<0.05). The GQOLI-74 scores of social function,material life,psychological function,and physical function in the observation group after nursing were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Detail based nursing combined with targeted psychological intervention can achieve significant effect for psoriasis vulgaris,can reduce symptoms,improve psychological status,and enhance life quality effectively.
