Application Effect of Refined Management in Medical Record Management of the Medical Record Room
Objective To evaluate application effect of refined management in medical record management of the medical record room. Methods The paper organized 120 medical records and 16 management staff with routine management from January 2023 to June 2023 as the control group,and 120 medical records and 16 management staff with refined management from July 2023 to December 2023 as the observation group. Management effect was compared. Results The qualified rate of medical record management in the observation group was higher than the control group,the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). Damage and missing rate of medical records in the observation group was lower than the control group,the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). The management quality scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of refined management can improve quality of medical record management in the medical record room,which has value for practice and promotion.
