Effect Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Improving Stable Symptoms of COPD Patients
Objective To analyze application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for stable COPD patients. Methods The paper chose 100 COPD patients in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 for study,and divided them into the observation group and the control group with random number table method,with 50 cases in each group. Among them,the control group patients were treated with routine nursing,and the observation group with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing. Nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results After nursing,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of lung function in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Nursing effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve lung function,and enhance overall effectiveness of in stable COPD patients,can be further recommended and applied.
