Strategic Thinking on Improving Hospital Administrative Management
With further development of social economy in China,medical treatment level has been greatly improved. The administrative management plays a crucial role,which directly affects efficiency,doctor-patient relationship,service level,and overall development of the hospitals. Currently,management of some administrative teams of hospitals are not standardized enough,due to conservative concepts,limited management capabilities,weak sense of responsibility,and lack of a comprehensive performance evaluation system,execution in the management process is low,which has seriously caused low overall work efficiency. At this rate,it is difficult to ensure healthy development of the hospitals. On the basis,the paper mainly analyzes improvement of hospital administrative management and puts forward some superficial suggestions,to provide assistance to related administrative management of the hospitals.
