Construction of "the Internet Plus Nursing Service" Quality Evaluation Index System for Stroke Patients Based on Donabedian Theory
Objective To construct the quality evaluation index system of "the Internet plus nursing service" for stroke patients,and provide reference for standardized nursing quality evaluation. Methods The paper determined the contents of the indicator system and the weights of each indicator based on systematic literature research,Delphi method,and Analytic Hierarchy Process with Donabedian theory as the framework. Results After two rounds of expert inquiry,effective response rates of the questionnaire were 100％ and 94％,and expert authority coefficients were 0.76 and 0.85,and the coordination coefficient W values of expert opinions were 0.512 and 0.374 (P<0.01). Finally,the quality evaluation index system of "the Internet plus nursing service" for stroke patients was constructed,which included 3 level 1 indicators,13 level 2 indicators and 45 level 3 indicators. Conclusion The quality evaluation index system of "the Internet plus nursing service" for stroke patients is scientific and reliable,and can provide reference for the quality monitoring of "the Internet plus nursing service" for stroke patients.
