Protective Effect and Mechanism Analysis of Nanocarbon in Radical Surgery of Thyroid Cancer
Objective To explore the protective effect and mechanism of nanocarbon in radical surgery of thyroid cancer patients. Methods The paper chose 82 patients with thyroid cancer in Nanjing Xiangyue Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 as research subjects, and divided them into two groups based on odd and even numbers of wristbands. The control group (41 cases with odd wristband numbers) was treated with only radical surgery for thyroid cancer, the observation group (41 cases with even numbered wristbands) with radical surgery for thyroid cancer, and nanocarbon negative imaging for identification and protection. The number of lymph node metastases and dissections was recorded and compared between two groups, postoperative complications was observed, and total incidence was calculated between two groups. With followup for a period of 3 months, prognosis of patients was observed. Results According to statistics, number of lymph node dissections in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the number of detected lymph node metastases was also higher than the control group (P<0.05).Total incidence of postoperative complications including recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Moreover,follow-up results showed, incidence of disease recurrence, metastasis and secondary surgery in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Radical surgery combined with nanocarbon negative imaging for identification and protection can reduce postoperative complications, improve prognosis of thyroid cancer patients effectively, which is worthy of promotion.
