The paper analyzed the nutritional status of patients with pancreatic cancer at home and abroad,introduced application status of a variety of nutrition screening tools,and expounded importance of perioperative standardized nutrition risk assessment and intervention on clinical outcome of patients.To solve lack of systematic and collaborative clinical nutrition management in China,the paper explored appropriate assessment tools for nutrition evaluation.Standardized and systematic nutrition management is beneficial for rapid recovery of patients,shortening length of stay,and reducing hospitalization costs.Under multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment mode,staged nutrition management mode can realize application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative period of pancreatic cancer.
