Research on the Medication Pattern and Mechanism of Action of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Coronary Microvascular Disease
Objective To analyze the medication pattern and mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine for coronary microvascular disease. Methods Based on literature statistics and network pharmacology analysis, the paper collected relevant literature on traditional Chinese medicine treatment for coronary microvascular disease in the computer China National Knowledge Infrastructure database, and carried on statistical analysis SPSS software to explore the medication pattern and mechanisms of action of traditional Chinese medicine for coronary microvascular disease. Results The paper screened 72 articles suitable for the study according to the criteria, including 27 types of TCM decoction (with frequency of 43 times),16 types of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations (with frequency of 40 times),and 5 types of injections (with frequency of 10 times). There were 27 types of TCM decoctions, containing 49 herbs, with a total frequency of 307 times. There were 12 herbs which were used only for more than 10 times, including cnidium officinale makino, angelica sinensis, salvia miltiorrhiza, radix bupleuri, licorice, poria and etc.Among the 49 herbs involved, the frequency of warm qi is the highest (12),followed by flat qi (10).Among the five flavors, the sweet flavor had the highest frequency (20),followed by spicy flavor (18).Most of the meridians belonged to the liver meridian (21),followed by the spleen meridian (19).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on blood circulation of coronary microvascular disease, with principles of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, regulating qi,and resolving phlegm, improving blood circulation,anti-inflammatory effect, and regulating blood lipids, enhancing the function of cardiovascular system, which achieves curative effect by improving cardiovascular function, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect, hemorheological parameters, regulating immune function and activating endothelial cells.
