Objective To carry out microbiological test of influenza virus and summarize its detection and clinical value.Methods The paper chose 98 patients with influenza from November 2021 to January 2022 as study subjects,carried out microbiological test,and analyzed the test results.Results Among the 98 patients,there were 43 cases of sudden high fever,accounting for 43.88％,95 cases of upper respiratory symptoms,including sore throat,dry cough,coarse rales in lungs,runny nose,and enlarged lymph nodes,accounting for 96.94％.The microbial detection rate was 69.39％ (68/98),with a positive rate of 69.39％.Conclusion Microbiological test can detect the pathogen of influenza,can provide powerful reference for the influenza type diagnosis and choice of curative drugs based on clinical symptoms,which is worthy of promotion and application.
